Please Note: As part of the AAENP sponsorship policy, we require that all sponsorship fees be paid in full at least two weeks before the conference start date. Please note that if payment is not received by this deadline, your organization’s name and information will be excluded from all printed materials related to the conference. Additionally, if the payment remains outstanding by the start of the event, your organization will be unable to exhibit on-site. Thank you for your understanding and timely attention to this policy, which helps us ensure a seamless experience for all participants and sponsors.
