2025 AAENP National Conference: EmergNP Registration

The 2025 EmergNP Conference will be held Thursday, March 13 - Sunday, March 16, 2025, at the Westin Dallas Stonebriar in Dallas, TX. The conference will promote high quality, evidence-based practice for nurse practitioners providing emergency care. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to collaborate and learn with your peers!

EmergNP attendees will have the opportunity to earn CEs (pending approval) through keynote sessions, breakout sessions, poster presentations and pre-conference education. No CME or CE credits are available for PAs at this conference.

Want more from your conference experience? AAENP is happy to announce that we have partnered with Blueprint to provide a robust 2025 pre-conference on Thursday, March 13, 2025! Two tracks will be available: Blueprint’s Faculty Support Sessions (at non-cost) and AAENP’s Procedural Skills Sessions.

Blueprint’s Faculty Sessions offer strategies for all educators – a generalist nursing education session in the morning, with dedicated ENP topics in the afternoon.

AAENP’s Skills & Procedures Pre-Conference will provide a hands-on, interactive experience that dives deep into procedurally focused skills for NPs practicing in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. Sessions include HEENT skills, EKG Interpretation, and advanced suturing. The full day of skills will offer attendees 9 procedural CE.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before February 28, 2025. No refunds will be granted after February 28, 2025. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] by February 28, 2025. No cancellations will be taken by phone. Registrants who do not attend the 2024 American Academy of Emergency Nurse Practitioners National Conference (EmergNP) and/or do not contact AAENP via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

 

Substitutions

Substitute attendees may be named prior to March 9, 2025. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone. After March 9, any substitutions will be processed onsite.

AAENP’s policy is that all registration fees must be paid before you are able to participate in the conference.
