Call for Content Announced

Proposals are being accepted until March 1 for the following types of presentations:

  • Poster Presentation
  • Rapid Fire “Lightning” Talks: 25 minutes
  • Podium Presentation: 50 minutes
  • Procedural/Skills Session: 50 minutes

Hands-on Trainings

Pre-Conference Activities

A Skills & Procedures Pre-Conference will provide a hands-on, interactive opportunity to NPs practicing in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. Two tracks will be offered:

1.) Point of Care Ultrasound focusing on the eFAST exam,

2.) Ultrasound Guided Injections of the Shoulder & Knee.

The Pre-conference will offer attendees up to 4 procedural CE (pending approval).

Pre-conference registration is an additional cost of $150 available during the registration process. Registration for the pre-conference sessions without EmergNP 26 registration is $250.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before September 11, 2026. Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@aaenp-natl.org by this deadline. No refunds will be granted after this date, and no cancellations will be taken by phone. Registrants who do not attend EmergNP26 and/or do not contact AAENP as directed are not eligible for a refund of registration fees.

Attendee Substitutions

Substitute attendees may be named prior to September 18, 2026. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to info@aaenp-natl.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone. After September 18, any substitutions will be processed onsite.
